The Lorrimore is an open access (meaning anybody can go) non-referral community centre
situated just behind the Walworth Road, 10 minutes walk from Kennington tube station.
Isolation can be one of our worst enemies, and it is a shame when people miss out
on a safe place to socialise with others simply because they have not been told that
places like the Lorrimore exist.
Although the Lorrimore is based in a church hall it has no religious affiliations, and
once you are inside it doesn't even feel like a church hall. There is a pool table, ping-pong,
a dining room where cheap meals are served on most days, a TV room and a quiet space.
To get involved simply come along and introduce yourself to a staff member,
or, if you would like us to know you are coming for the first time, phone or write and
tell us when you would like to visit so a staff member can meet you and show you round.

Monday: 12noon-1:30pm Women Only, then 1:30-5pm open to all
Tuesday: 4:30-6:30pm Tea and Coffee evening, various activities
Wednesday: 10am-4pm open to all. Lunch at 1 o'clock
Thursday: 10-11:30am Men Only, then 11:30am-4pm open to all
Friday: 1-5pm Black and Asian users only
Saturday: 10am-4pm open to all. Lunch at 1 o'clock
Sunday: 3pm-5pm open to all. Various activities
